The SNH Foundation leverages its historical expertise in the analysis of nutrients, micronutrients, natural bioactives and their related metabolites or status biomarkers from ingredients, foods, diets to biological samples (blood, urine, feces, cell cultures and tissues). We benchmark the quality of our research with peer reviewed publications and we collaborate within a broad food, nutrition and health ecosystem. We nurture scientific collaborations with internationally recognized scientific leaders in food, nutrition and health sciences. This is the basis of our reputation and scientific credibility.
SNHf offers a broad range of nutritional analysis such as fatty acids, amino acids, protein digestibility (DIAAS), vitamins, minerals/trace elements, xanthophylls, methylxanthines and polyphenols but not only. We have capabilities to develop analytical methods on demand and to accompany our partners throughout their entire research and innovation journey. SNHf can provide its partners with relevant data interpretation beyond simple data reporting. What matters for us is to value our work at the maximum of its potential. For instance, we often engage in finding the root causes of unexpected nutritional values or can proactively support in developing joint research or innovation project proposals. SNHf continuously explores new ways to better assess biological fate of nutrients. It deploys nutritional metabolomics to advance the discovery of novel nutritional status biomarkers.
